The HiPC 2005 meeting and social events will be held at Cidade De Goa - Goa's premier beach resort. See the travel and local information page for more information about the conference location etc. December is considered most busy time and as Goa is major tourist center, early bookings are highly recommended.

Special rates for HiPC attendees is available both at Cidade De Goa and Goa International Centre. GIC is located only 1 km away from Cidade De Goa. Both the hotels offer all of the amenities that includes Tv, STD/ISD facilities, A/c rooms, Internet Access on request. Moreover both of them has the sea-side view. Cidade De Goa also provides additional facilities like Refrigerated private bar, Health club, Water sports, Casino, Tennis and Massage center, etc. Please visit individual websites for more detailed information.

However, these may not be the lowest available rates. Check with your travel consultant or visit websites specializing in hotel reservations. Based on seasonal variations and promotions, you may be able to find lower rates at these hotels or others nearby.

  2. Accommodations requested (category of room, single/double occupancy)
  3. Arrival and departure information (date, flight #, and time)
