For your paper to be included in the proceedings, at least one of the authors needs to send in a completed registration form along with payment of registration fees. Upto two additional pages may be purchased at US$100 per page (authors located in India may pay the equivalent amount in Indian currency). 4. The camera ready manuscript is due August 31.
