Call for Poster Submissions

32nd IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, & Analytics

Do you have an exciting research idea, an intriguing early result, or a thought-provoking perspective that you believe could spark engaging discussions in the high-performance computing (HPC) community? If so, consider sharing it at the HiPC 2025 Poster Session. It is an ideal platform to present your innovative concepts, preliminary findings, or work-in-progress research in an interactive and informal setting.

The HiPC Poster Session is designed to encourage dialogue, foster collaboration, and provide valuable feedback from researchers, practitioners, and thought leaders in the HPC, data, and analytics domains. Whether you’re exploring a new research direction, refining your methodology, or seeking input on emerging results, the poster session offers a unique opportunity to showcase your work and gain insights that could shape its future trajectory.

We welcome poster submissions across all topics covered in the HiPC Call for Papers, and we especially encourage submissions that are:

  • Preliminary or early-stage results that are not yet ready for a full paper
  • Novel ideas or insights that challenge conventional thinking
  • Smaller studies or findings that benefit from one-on-one discussion
  • Interdisciplinary approaches that bridge HPC with other domains
  • Ongoing work that would benefit from community feedback and interaction

If your work lends itself well to interactive discussion and you’re looking to engage with the vibrant HiPC community, we invite you to submit a poster. Join us in making the poster session a lively, collaborative, and intellectually stimulating part of HiPC 2025!

Poster submissions should not exceed two (2) single-spaced double-column pages using 10-point size font on 8.5×11 inch pages (IEEE conference style), including figures, tables, and references.

Accepted poster papers will be published in the HiPC Workshop Proceedings and will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library. Posters will be displayed in an exhibition with opportunities for engaging in discussions with the conference attendees. In addition, authors of a few selected posters will get a chance to present their work in the form of lightning talks.

The poster sessions and poster-preview talks will be plenary sessions in HiPC ’25.

A two-page abstract of the selected posters will be published in the HiPC Workshop proceedings in IEEE Xplore. This will provide students with the flexibility to publish an extended version of their paper at other venues after benefiting from reviewer feedback. The papers will be reviewed by the reviewers and will be judged on technical merit, quality, relevance to the symposium, and related parameters. Plagiarism is prohibited in any form, especially verbatim reproduction from other published works. Plagiarized papers will be rejected, and the corresponding department and institution will be notified.

As per IEEE guidelines, the use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article needs to be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any submitted paper. The sections of the paper that use AI-generated text should have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text. For more information, please click here.

Facilities for displaying posters will be made available, and the exact specifications of the poster size will be provided later. At least one student author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present their work. In addition, authors of a few selected posters will get a chance to present their work in the form of lightning talks. Papers with no-shows will be retroactively rejected.
