This form is to be used by regular registrants (members, non-members, and full-time students) for conference and/or tutorial(s) registration. For Mail-in Registrations please visit here for details.

Online/mail-in registration will be closed on 25th November 2006 and participants may register at the conference site starting from 18th December 2006.

This form can also be used for payment of excess pages charges.

 2. Registration Information
Conference registration is necessary to attend workshops and conference technical sessions. To attend tutorials, tutorial registration is required (in addition to conference registration).

Conference Registration

The conference registration fee includes attendance at all HiPC 2006 workshops on December 18 and the technical sessions on December 19, 20, and 21 and a copy of HiPC proceedings published by Springer-Verlag. The conference registration fee also includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments on all four days, the conference banquet and a cultural event. Conference registration fee does not include participation in the tutorials. Printed Name Badge will be given only if the HiPC 2006 Finance Co-Chair receives the completed registration form by November 7, 2006.
Note: There will be no separate registration for the workshops. Conference registration includes participation in the workshops.

Tutorial Registration (Link to information on tutorials)

Includes participation in the tutorial, a copy of the tutorial notes, and refreshments on the day of the tutorial. Tutorial registration does not require conference registration. Registration fee must be paid for each tutorial registered. All three tutorials will be held on 18th December 2006. Fees for the full day and half day tutorials Onsite are indicated beside each category.

Excess Page Charges

Excess page charge: If your paper is accepted for the HiPC 2006 conference and you wish to pay the excess page charge along with your registration fee, indicate your choice below. You may buy up to two additional pages at a cost of $100 per page

Written requests for refunds must be received (by the appropriate Finance Co-chair) no later than November 17, 2006. Refunds are subject to a US $10 (Rs. 500) processing fee. All no-show registrants will be charged in full.
