SPONSOR REGISTRATIONS

All sponsors should send a list of names of people who will be utilizing complimentary registrations on behalf of their organization to Vijay Mann (vijamann@in.ibm.com) on or before December 2, 2006.

The following information is needed for each participant:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Name as on badge
  • Exact affiliation as on badge
  • Email address
  • Workshops this participant will attend
  • Whether this participant should be given the HiPC proceedings hardcopy.

Since each sponsor gets one shared copy of the proceedings, please indicate only one participant who should receive the HiPC proceedings hardcopy. Additional proceedings will be available for sale at the registration desk.
Each complimentary registration can be used for attending the workshops on Dec. 18; tutorials must be registered and paid for separately. Please note that all conference attendees must be registered. If sponsor participants are not making use of complimentary registrations, paid registrations will be available at the registration desk.
Sponsor Logo: Please send a high-resolution logo for including in the conference banner by December 2 to Vijay Mann (vijamann@in.ibm.com).
Sponsors who have marketing literature to be distributed along with the registration kit should have about 300 copies of the material sent before December 12 to the conference hotel (Taj Residency).
The material should be marked "HiPC 2006" on its cover, so that the hotel will keep it for us; sponsors should also let us know that the material has been sent and confirm with the hotel that it has been received, so that nothing gets missed. Please provide reasonably sized leaflets/brochures - larger brochures may have to be distributed separately. Sponsors who have a booth can also distribute the materials directly from the booth if preferred.
