Instructions and Checklist for authors

HiPC 2013 has registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). The IEEE PDF eXpress site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support. (New authors are advised to perform trial runs through PDF eXpress in advance of the deadline, as this process can be time consuming).

The deadline for camera ready upload of manuscripts is September 1, 2013. In order for your paper to be published in the proceedings, the following steps must be completed by September 30, 2013.
