Accommodations
The HiPC 2012 meeting and social events will be held at Le Meridien Hotel. A block of rooms for HiPC attendees at special rates has been arranged for three types of accommodations. The room details are available on the hotel website. This page contains information for securing accommodations at the conference hotel. The above prices are in INR and cover only the room rates, taxes are additional. Additional services such as airport transfers, breakfast may be charged separately. Refer to Le Meridien HiPC 2012 specific page here. Taxes are currently at 17.5%. Royal club rates include airport transfer services from Pune airport.
The above rates apply for the period December 17, 2012 to December 21, 2012. To obtain the guaranteed special rate, make reservations by November 15, 2012. Bookings after that date are at Best Available Rate of the hotel. Note to international travelers: The actual dollar or Euro amount charged will be based on the credit card exchange rate applied by your credit card bank at the time the reservation is made.

| Contact person for room reservations, HIPC: Ms.Sunita Israni. Reservation email: [email protected]. Please specify that you are a delegate of HiPC 2012 and eligible for the special rate and provide the following information: 1) Name, address, telephone, fax and contact email. 2) Accommodation requested (category of room, single/double occupancy, if airport transfers required). 3) Arrival and departure information (date, flight no. and time). 4) Credit Card guarantee (name, number, type and expiry date). |
Deposit: Rooms will be confirmed by a charge on an approved credit card for one night. Cash payment may be made in person. Ensure that the credit card used will not expire before end of stay. International registrants should check that card is authorized for international payment.
Cancellation: If you cancel by 2:00 PM hotel time (IST) on 16-Nov-2012, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 2:00 PM hotel time (IST) on 16-Dec-2012, the forfeiture amount will be a 1 night stay.

- Individual attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations. The special HiPC rates offered here by the conference hotel apply to reservations made before November 14, 2012 and are subject to availability, so book early.
- While the special HiPC rates are discounted from rack rates, they may not be the lowest available and attendees may want to check other properties. Individual attendees are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations.
