Industry Participation

The HiPC conference series has a strong relationship with industry, both within India and internationally, including industry involvement in its steering and organizing committees. The conference welcomes (and strongly encourages) industry participation are all levels including in the technical program, the student symposium, and especially in the industry, research and user symposium and vendor exhibition. Details about these and other events in the past years in the conference are available at the conference website at hipc.org. Various sponsorship opportunities are also available as listed below. Sponsors are also encouraged to participate in defining the industry, research and user symposium events.

Companies and R&D laboratories are encouraged to present their exhibits at the meeting. The following sponsorship levels are available.

I. Titanium Level, 10,00,000/- INR + TAX (US $20,000)

• Logo on website and publicity materials*, program booklet & conference day dedication
• Four complementary exhibition day registrations - restricted to the exhibition floor
• 15 complimentary conference registrations for business partners, customers
• 15 complementary conference registrations
• Literature distributed with the conference registration kit - 8 A4 sheets & 1 booklet or a total of 2 booklets
• Speaking slot in a two hour plenary session and a dedicated 15 mins slot at reception dinner
• Award best paper certificates
• Participate in the definition of one of the IRUS sessions (technical content only)
• Large booth at the conference exhibition. Preferential booth location
• Option to conduct one half day (4 hrs) session
• Logo on conference registration kit

II. Platinum Level, 6,00,000/- INR + TAX (US $12,000)

• Logo on website and publicity materials* and conference program booklet
• Two complementary exhibition day registrations - restricted to the exhibition floor
• Fifteen complimentary conference registrations for business partners, customers
• Ten complementary conference registrations
• Literature distributed with the conference registration kit - Up to 4 A4 sheets and 1 booklet
• Speaking slot in a two hour plenary session.
• Award best paper certificate (subject to availability)
• Participating in industry, research and user symposium (IRUS) session (technical presentation only) at the discretion on the chairs
• Standard booth at the conference exhibition, with an option to upgrade to a larger booth. Preferential allocation of booth location.
• Option to conduct one two hour birds of a feather (BOF) session

III. Gold Level, 3,50,000/- INR + TAX (US $7000)

• Logo on website and publicity materials*
• Five complimentary conference registrations for business partners, customers
• Five complementary conference registrations
• Two complementary exhibition day registrations - restricted to the exhibition floor
• Literature distributed with the conference registration kit - Up to 4 A4 sheets
• Speaking slot in a two hour plenary session.
• Standard booth at the conference exhibition, with an option to upgrade to a larger booth (subject to availability)

IV. Exhibitor Level, 1,25,000/- INR + TAX (US $2500)

• Logo on website & exhibits flyer
• Two complementary exhibition day registrations - restricted to the exhibition floor
• One complimentary registration for full conference
• Standard booth at the conference exhibition
